Well... I guess a month between posts is my new thing... I seriously just don't get on the actual computer much anymore! And when I do I cannot type because I have a minimum of one kid on my lap or crying by my side. I keep thinking I'll do it after bedtime, but that keeps getting crazy too with the long weekend and summer, bedtime has not been very consistent! Anyway, so much has happened! I should be good like others and divide it all up into individual posts, but since I know that will likely not happen, here's a long post of everything!
Brenna did gymnastics for a few months back at the same place she went when she was young. It's this wonderful lady in our old stake who has turned her garage into a gym and teaches, and for WAY cheaper than anywhere else. Brenna did it when she was 2 and then for the last few months she was doing it again. She LOVES it! She loves the bars, and doing handstands and cartwheels. It was fun to see her doing something like this again. Sometimes I worry that I'm not putting them in enough stuff since they don't really do preschool or anything. Mason has yet to do a class besides swim, so maybe I should put him in something next! Here are some pictures from Brenna's last day of gymnastics:

The day after gymnastics ended, my mom and sisters arrived for a visit! YAY!! It was so fun, I really miss them terribly. AND I got to meet my little nephew Curtis! This is obviously not a good picture of him, but it was so funny! Whenever someone was holding him he would like burry his head right in face first.
Mason LOVES babies! It's so cute! Brenna loved babies but was pretty unsafe with them, but Mason just loves them. He is gentle and loving and it melts my heart.
When they come to visit we usually go out and stay at the Gilbert house with them for a few days. The kids love it out there. They get to sleep in bunk beds, there's a pool, a playset, lots of people to give them attention, and cable tv! They absolutely love stays at the Gilbert house.
We even got a girls night out! We were missing Whitney, which was sad :(. But we got to go out to dinner and a movie. Thanks Jeremy for coming home early from work and watching the kids!
Speaking of swimming lessons, these kids are honestly like fish. They jump off of anything they can find. Brenna is a totally self sufficient swimmer, and Mason is pretty close. He keeps his floaties on and is absolutely fearless, and we are working on swimming without them too. I love that they can have so much fun and it's less stressful for me knowing that they are able to swim!
This is Curtis in Mason's old swimsuit and hat... I have the exact same picture of Mason and Owen!
Sporting her new jammies from Grandma Cook!
The surprises just keep comin for this girl! haha
Oh and I did a little photo shoot of the boys while we were waiting for Brenna to wake up... this one just makes me smile... Owen looking up at his big brother... these boys love eachother so much!
And this was her birthday outfit! Brand new from Grandma and Grandpa Smith! She had ribbons in her hair an everything!
So, We went for our free Sonic kids meal for her birthday and then took it to McDonalds to play at the playplace with cousins. (yah.. we snuck in other food, but I still bought my lunch there so I don't feel bad). Then we stopped at the dollar store so she could spend the $3 she got from Grandma C. And at Redbox so that she could pick her very own new quiet time movie for the day. Then it was quiet time, presents, swimming and chicken and rice for dinner, which was her request!
Brenna is so excited to be 5 and to go to school. And honestly, I'm excited for her to go to school too, but the closer it gets, I get a little more sad that she's already so big! Brenna loves being a big girl and doing things she couldn't do before. She loves being a little "mommy" and takes advantage of any chance she gets to be the boss. She loves all sorts of colors and rainbows are a favorite right now. She swims really well and loves swimming like a mermaid too. She gave her first talk in primary (finally! she is a CTR 4!) and she wrote the whole thing and it was very nice! She loves to be in the spotlight!
Oh, And I guess these ones got suck down here, so here's some more from the memorial day party!
This boy gets so messy when he eats... after cake and ice cream he was licking the bowl.. literally, and he was SOOO messy! You cannot even tell in the picture the extent of it!
